In the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) context, AI emerges as a transformative force characterised by its capacity to revolutionise industries through algorithmic processes that mimic human intelligence. The McKinsey Global Institute anticipates that these ‘rapid advances in automation and AI will have a significant impact on the way we work and our productivity’
