After the introductory meeting, we prepare a customized quote. This contains a detailed proposal with all aspects of the course: content, duration, cost and other relevant details. Specific wishes such as location, level of training and use of trainers are carefully incorporated. You will receive this quotation without any obligation.

Step 3: Course development

Based on the input from the introductory meeting and any follow-up meetings, we develop a customized course program specifically tailored to the needs and goals of your organization. We take into account the desired content, the appropriate level of training and the learning styles of your employees. Our experienced instructors then develop this program into a course that is both theoretically based and practically applicable.

Step 4: Preparation of participants

Before the course begins, we provide thorough preparation. Participants receive specific materials, documents or questionnaires in advance to familiarize themselves with key topics. Step 5: Implementation

The course takes place at a location and time that best suits your organization - within your company, at an off-site location or online. Step 6: Evaluation and aftercare
